Mimecast - How to Access & Overview
1) Sign into your Okta Splash page at: https://olema.okta.com
2) Click the Mimecast User Portal Tile:

3) If prompted with the below image, Click the "Mimecast Personal Portal" button. Otherwise, it should log you directly into the portal via the images below.

Once inside, here is the main screen that you will interact with:

At a high level:
Personal On Hold - These are email messages that have been detected as spam/malicious. You can choose to release them (send it through to your inbox) or reject them.
Moderated On Hold - Same concept as personal, but this could apply to delegated mailboxes that you have access too.
Bounced / Rejected messages - These are typically emails that are almost definitely spam/malicious. Take caution when Releasing these.
Blocked - Senders that are blocked from sending you email. You can manually add email addresses to this list!
Permitted - Opposite of Blocked. You can manually enter an email address to skip email filtration. Use with caution
