How to Access DocuSign and DocuSignPart 11 through Okta SSO
Overview
This guide will walk you through accessing DocuSign via the Okta using the DocuSign tile. Once you are in DocuSign if applicable you will have the option to access DocuSign Part 11 as needed. The guide below will include accessing both the default DocuSign and DocuSign Part 11.
Walkthrough
1. Login to Okta with your Olema email account at https://olema.okta.com/ and approve the login with your 2 Factor Authentication (Okta Verify, SMS text)
2. From your Okta Dashboard, find the Docusign Tile and click on it (placement may differ)
3. The default login for DocuSign will bring you to “Olema Corporate” which is not Part 11. If you don’t need DocuSign Part 11 you are done with this guide. If you need to access DocuSign Part 11 click on your User Profile in the top right corner.

4. You will now see the option to “Switch Account” from the drop down menu. Click on Switch Account.

5. This will bring up a new prompt where you will need to select the account to switch into. In this case, click on “Olema Pharmaceuticals – Part 11 – xxxxxxxxxx”

6. After you click on the Part 11 account you will be routed to the Part 11 instance. You can verify you are in at the right dashboard either on the Dashboard or in the user profile in the top right corner of your browser. In both cases you’ll be looking for the shield and checkmark icon. To get out of Part 11, click Switch Account and select the “Olema Corporate” for the regular DocuSign instance.
