Prerequisites:
- A ChemDraw account
- A ChemDraw activation email
Description:
This guide explains procedure on how to access ChemDraw after receiving activation email and Confirmation for Chemdraw app Download.
Procedure:
1. User will receive an activation email from Perkin Elmer:
2. Click on Create an account and should be able to go through creating the account:
3. After inputting information, you should be able to get access to the Main panel.
4. To download the application, navigate to List Downloads and click on ChemDraw Professional:
5. Click on ChemDraw Professional:
6. Choose the Chemdraw app you need to download according to your OS:
7. Once downloaded, Install the application and indicate the License number provided to you on the ticket.
ChemOffice: Installing ChemDraw will also install the ChemOffice add-in for Excel. It should be activated as well, but if you do not see it in the Excel toolbar, follow these steps to enable it:
1. In Excel, click File > Options.
2. Select Add-ins.
3. At the bottom of the window, click the Go button.
4. Check the boxes next to the ChemOffice add-in(s).
5. Click OK. The add-in has been enabled.
