SH - HT - Druva Activation Process for Windows

Description: This brief process will walk you through how to login for machine backup via Druva on Windows
Prerequisites: You must have been granted access to Druva.
Procedure:
1. On the Desktop Select “Druva inSync” Application or if you do not see the Icon Press the Windows key and type in Druva inSync and select the icon and select Open.


2. Once Druva inSync is open enter your email address and press continue
3. This will launch a web browser, please login using your Okta username and password then click Sign In
4. You will now need to verify login with Okta Verify
5. Once you login this will redirect you to apage confirming authentication. Click “Always allow…” and then “Open Druva inSync”

6. You are all done! There will be a screen that says your machine is ready to back up followed by this Backup & Restore screen. You can close this window.
